American Recovery and Reinvestment Act
The President signed the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act of 2009 into law on Tuesday, February 17, 2009.
"The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) allows our department to improve the state's transportation infrastructure and to help our private sector partners retain and add more jobs for Tennesseans. We hope that this one time infusion of federal funds will help carry us through this difficult period until our economy recovers." Click here for more information.
