Meetings

The next Kingsport MPO Executive Board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday February 2, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. (EST) in the Kingsport City Hall Building at 225 West Center Street, Kingsport, TN 37660. 

The focus of this meeting will be the following:

  • Amend the Kingsport MPO’s FY 10 UPWP to reflect a loss of Federal Planning funds due to the recent rescission
  • Amend TIP project TN-38; Stimulus Resurfacing Bucket to add funding to complete the project(s)
  • Amend the TIP to add project TN-47; Various Roadway Improvements Bucket (Resurfacing/Lighting projects in Church Hill, Kingsport, Mt Carmel, and Sullivan County)
  • Amend the TIP to add FTA funding for Frontier Health bus purchase
  • Approve a resolution stating the TIP is Fiscally Constrained
  • Nominate and Elect an Executive Board Vice-Chairman
  • Provide an update regarding MPO initiatives
